Joseph Saxton Photographic Gallery, Ohio Exhibit

Clyde Butcher: Wilderness Visions

May 7 - June 25

The exhibit at the
Joseph Saxton Gallery was a
great success. Tim and Stephen
have created a wonderful tribute
to the art of photography in
their gallery. They have an amazing
selection of historic photographic work
by more than 160 photographers that
spand the entire breadth and history
of the photographic medium. From
early dagguerotypes and tintypes to
modern giclee prints...the selection
is inspirational!

The gallery is located in the century-old
A.H.Wilson Building (1909) that has
recently been renovated.

If you're ever in the area, be sure
to stop by and enjoy their gallery and
say hi to them for us!

We were so pleased to see
Bill Carrol again after all
these years! He was the
head ranger at Big Cypress
National Preserve when we
began building our gallery
there in 1992. What a wonderful
surprise!

Fun!

The architecture in downtown
Canton is wonderful...both
traditional and modern and
even some "fun" murals...
a neat city. It is hard to see
such a beautiful city going
through hard times. We hope
that Ohio sees better times soon.

Leaving Canton and heading for home

We've had such an enjoyable time on
this trip through Washington DC, Wabash
Indiana, and Canton Ohio...there are so
many good people in the world and it
is refreshing to meet so many of them!
